Bears WR Johnny Knox focused on adding muscle this offseason.
"I just had to get stronger up top," said the 6-foot, 189-pound Knox, who said he put on 10 pounds this offseason. "That was my goal during the lockout. When I curl, I curl light for repetition. When it comes to bench or incline, that’s when I do heavy stuff."
"I did a lot of lower body, too, but my legs are little. They’re not going to get much bigger than this."
The arrival of Roy Williams is going to put a dent in Knox's stock, but he's a classic example of a third-year WR with the potential to break out.
