Another disappointing Chiefs receiver has been tight end Tony Moeaki. He doesn’t look like the same player he was as a rookie in 2010 before he missed all of last season with a torn ACL. Moeaki has consistently been unable to shake coverage. He’s been targeted 20 times but has just 10 catches.
The Chiefs need a reliable receiver in the middle of the field if the passing game is to come alive. The Chiefs miss tight end Kevin Boss, whose season is over as the result of a concussion he suffered in Week 2.
