I can't log into the Member's Area.
Both your Login-ID and Password are case sensitive. Most login problems are due to entering the incorrect case (example: "Mypassword" is not equal "mypassword", "MYPASSWORD", etc.).
If you still have trouble, see question #2 below and retrieve your login information via email. If you still can't log in, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the email, be sure to provide the Login-ID and Password you are using and describe the specific problem and/or message you are receiving.

How do I renew my subscription?

Renewing is a snap and it only takes a minute. If you already have a Login ID and Password, please log in first. It will save some keystrokes. In addition, if you entered your scoring rules into Full Impact the system will keep them associated with your account.
Can I check how many days I have left on my account?
Sure, just visit http://www.4for4.com/members/technote.php
Also, when your subscription has 30-days remaining, the system will send you a courtesy note.
Is my membership good for exactly one NFL season?
Actually, it's better than that. Regardless of what day you signed up, you're assured a full 365-days of benefits. So, by joining you're really getting coverage that spans multiple NFL seasons, not a bad deal.

I want to renew my membership. Should I let the current account run down to the last day before renewing?
We very strongly suggest you DO NOT wait to the last moment to renew.
To guarantee your account continuity, the renewal system requires you have 3 or more days still active on your account. Regardless of what day you renew, the system will add days to your membership so no advantage exists by waiting to the last minute to renew. Waiting to the last day to renew can only cause delays in the renewal process.
Can I share my password?
Sharing your password is a violation of the Terms of Agreement. The 4for4.com login system automatically detects atypical account activity. If the system detects an unusually large number of improper logins from a member-id, the system will automatically delete that member's password. Once the system deletes the account it's gone.
Can I change my email address?
Sure, not a problem. To edit your email address and other account information, go to the Member's Home page and click on the "Edit Account" button at the bottom of the page.
Can I change my password?
The system does not allow for password changes. However, if you believe your password has been stolen, please send an email to email@example.com.
In the email, provide us with your current login-id, current password, email address on file and the new password you wish to change to. Since this is a manual process for our support team, depending upon workload, your password change may take several business days.
I was a member last year. I'm trying to reorder. I'm using the order form on the free side of the site. The system tells me my email address and password is already taken. What do I do?
Good news! Your membership is still active. Log into the member area and visit http://www.4for4.com/members/technote.php
From that page you can add days to your account. If you don't remember your login-id and/or password, see question #2 above.
