| Responsibilities | |

The primary objective is to provide analysis and timely status update information addressing: NFL player health, coaching staff opinions, player views and other Fantasy Football related reports. In addition, working with Pieracle Inc., the Advisor may contribute to establishing and/or enhancing the existing network of contacts needed to provide a superior Fantasy Football reporting service. Finally, the Advisor will help assure the accuracy and quality of information provided. |
