When it comes to selecting receivers in DFS, it’s important to understand who will cover them, as sometimes defense versus position stats alone don't tell the whole story. In addition, there can many times be defensive injuries that will have a significant, and perhaps hidden, effect on a receiver's matchup. Below we'll take a deeper look at the matchups that should help in your WR decisions for Week 2.

Note: Any unlisted matchups -- especially those of prominent WRs -- should generally be considered a push.


New York Jets at Buffalo Bills

Avoid: Darrelle Revis got torched by A.J. Green in Week 1, however, his task seems a bit easier this week. Sammy Watkins has been dealing with a foot injury, and even if he plays, will be playing at less than full strength. Add in the fact that Buffalo's offensive line is injury-riddled, Tyrod Taylor is going to be under pressure for a lot of the game. I am avoiding Buffalo receivers this week.
