FanDuel Week 17 Values & Top Plays
In the regular season's final week, I thought it would be a good time to look back on how we fared this season with the values and top plays.
The following table shows the average value multiplier returned for all the values and top plays highlighted in this space from Weeks 1-16.
The average value multiplier I aim for each week when selecting players is 2 times a players salary divided by one thousand, or 2x, which would return a score of 120. A score of 120 is generally what you'll need to win your cash games. Overall, the year turned out well, with players in this space returning a value multipler of 2.10x overall, with the lowest value returned being kicker at 1.90x.
In case you were wondering, this column will continue throughout the postseason, and will focus on strategies to employ in small slates.

Values & Top Plays
QB Eli Manning vs. PHI $8,200
In eight games since a Week 8 bye, Eli hasn’t been held under 247 yards passing. He’s thrown at least one TD in each of those games. His recent success can be tied to the emergence of Odell Beckham Jr., who has legitimately been playing like the best WR in the NFL over the past month. Giants-Eagles has the highest over/under total of the week by a comfortable 3 points. The Eagles are 20th in QB aFPA.
QB Mark Sanchez @ NYG $7,400
The high over/under in Giants-Eagles favors Sanchez as well. The Giants have struggled against QBs to the tune of the 29th ranked defense in QB aFPA.
