Our signal calling waiver wire heroes won’t post epic seven-touchdown games like Peyton Manning on opening night. They will, on occasion, outscore fantasy football’s quarterback elite.

Here’s a little chart that’ll make QBBWW adherents crack a smile, no matter how their Week 1 fantasy squads fared beyond quarterback.

The elite signal callers, over the long haul, will probably outscore Week 1 quarterback streamers like Smith, Pryor, and Schaub, but that’s why we never commit to one guy in our QBBWW approach.
