For those of you new to Defensive Team By Waiver Wire (DTBWW), the strategy goes like this: Each week, you target a mediocre defense on the waiver wire, looking for a good matchup, preferably at home. You will typically get good defensive production without having to burn a semi-valuable pick on draft day. Or if you do draft a DT and they start to disappoint, you can use DTBWW the rest of the way.

Last week, I mentioned several DTBWW possibilities and they did pretty well for the most part. Twelve of the 13 teams I listed -- the Browns (17 fantasy points), Jets (11), Bengals (9), Buccaneers (8), Patriots (8), Colts (11), Panthers (8), Chargers (12), Giants (15), Vikings (16), Jaguars (9) and Bills (7) -- finished in the top 20 in Week 14.

Here's a look at our initial DT rankings for Week 15:

The Dolphins and Lions look like great DTBWW pickups this week, followed by the Patriots, Chargers, Jets, Giants, Bengals, Titans, Rams, Cardinals, Raiders, Cowboys and Panthers.

Here is a list of all 32 teams and their remaining matchups:

To form a DTBC for the remainder of the fantasy playoffs, look for two teams who combine to have a good schedule. TEN/CAR is a good example.
