Pierre Garcon Week 1 Fantasy Outlook
Garcon averaged a tremendous 16.3 yards per catch last season and totaled 765 yards in his first season as an important part of the Colts offense. This year, he enters the season as the starter opposite Reggie Wayne and he'll be counted on to provide Peyton Manning with a reliable third option behind Wayne and TE Dallas Clark.
Garcon has the ability and the right situation going for him and he plays against a Houston Texans team that was 18th against the pass last year and has since lost their best CB. This game looks to be a shoot-out, which could bode well for Garcon as he enters his first week one as a starter. As long as Manning is throwing the ball to him and he's in the starting lineup, Garcon will be a viable fantasy option. Think of him in the low WR2 middle WR3 range for this week.
