The 4for4.com Draft Board is not a public forum for unrestricted free speech.

1) Personal attacks of any kind are not allowed. Be respectful of other posters.

2) Profanity and pornographic language including abbreviations are not allowed.

3) Threatening or harassing comments are not allowed.

4) Excessively formatted text is not allowed.

5) Language that violates the law is not allowed.

6) Slanderous and defamatory comments are not allowed.

7) Posts that contain personal information such as your addresses, phone numbers, passwords or other private information are not allowed.

8) Posts that clearly advertise another service or product are not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to unsolicited commercial or personal web site advertisements, advertising for another message board and solicitations of any kind. Further, information intended to promote and/or generate revenue for any third party business activity is not allowed.

9) Knowingly false, fraudulent and/or inaccurate comments are not allowed. Attempts to mislead others will be deleted and your account on these forums will be deleted and your IP Address will be banned.

10) Misrepresenting yourself will result in all your accounts being banned. Posting direct links to any illegal material is not allowed.

11) Failing to observe copyright laws when posting copyrighted material is not allowed.

12) Posting material that invades a person's privacy is not allowed.

13) Posting material under the incorrect topic is not allowed. Further, similar posts of a repetitive nature are not allowed.

14) Do not post slanderous, libelous, or other untrue statements about anyone on these boards. Those posting such materials may face criminal prosecution. If you are a minor, a parent/guardian will generally be liable. 4for4.com does not monitor these boards closely for such content and we hereby disclaim all liability associated with these types of postings on our board. If you feel someone has made false statements about you that do not fall under "fair comment", please email us.

15) Off-topic posts are not allowed.

16) Posts intended solely to annoy and/or offend other posters by going against the clear nature of a board or topic area are not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to provoking other users to respond with flames, making misleading materials, asking obviously useless questions and posting false information as fact.

Any other comments or materials that 4for4.com deems in its sole discretion to be inappropriate will be removed. Further, 4for4.com reserves the right to perform any action which includes, but is not limited to: moving, closing, editing or deleting of any materials for any reason whatsoever at our sole discretion, without prior notification or explanation. Further, 4for4.com is under no obligation to moderate the Draft Board forums. Considering the size and real-time nature of these forums, it is impossible for the administrators and moderators to review all messages or confirm the validity of all information posted. However, non-enforcement or failure of strict enforcement of the rules outlined on this page should not be construed as a waiver of rights by 4for4.com. We will moderate to the best or our abilities, when deemed necessary and at our sole discretion.
